This Refund Policy applies to orders of CardioX placed through this website. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review the process below.

Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund. This right applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU for EU-based customers. Non-EU customers (including US customers) are also covered by this 14-day window as our standard policy.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• You must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and sealed (for hygiene reasons, food supplements that have been opened cannot be returned unless defective).
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or delivery note).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@freshiaglow.shop with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer to an account you specify.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened food supplement products (for hygiene reasons), unless defective.
• Items returned after the 14-day window.
• Items damaged due to misuse or not in original condition through no fault of ours.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days at support@freshiaglow.shop. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
